1. Return Eligibility

1.1. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

1.2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

2. Return Process

2.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [sales@holygrailceramics.com] within 14 days of receiving your order.

2.2. In your email, provide your order number, a brief reason for the return, and any relevant supporting information.

2.3. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on returning the product.

3. Return Shipping

3.1. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

3.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Holy Grail Ceramics is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

4. Inspection and Refund

4.1. Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

4.2. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

5. Exclusions

5.1. Custom orders, promotional items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

5.2. Holy Grail Ceramics reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy.

5.3 Any printed item (shirts, banners etc), PPF, Pro Grade Coatings,  Pre-Cut Patterns
